I didn't receive a tracking # but you said you emailed me one... What's What's going on?

Once your order is updated to shipped, we do email a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number. Most of the time if you did not receive the order or shipping confirmation please be sure to check your SPAM folder. Once you find the email, remember to mark the email as not spam or from a safe sender, then add to your email address book.

I've noticed that some kratom vendors don't have a contact phone #. Can I speak to someone live at Kratom Country?

Yes, of course. Please call us directly, toll-free at 877-300-4668 to speak to a live person. Sometimes we may be on the other line, so leave a message and we will call you back. Or you can also email us at for a quick response!

Do you offer same-day shipping?

Kratom Country does everything we can to ship as many orders as possible that same day! Of course, the earlier in the day you place your order, the better the chance that we can ship it the same day for you. The standard cut-off is usually 3 pm PST but please note sometimes because of inventory levels, order volume, or credit card clearing delays, some orders may take longer to process. If for some reason your order cannot ship within 24 hours, we will relay this information to you.

You have really low prices. Does that mean the quality of kratom isn't as good?

Kratom Country does have some of the lowest prices online. And when you throw in free shipping savings on top of that, we really can't be beaten! In regards to quality, we have been selling kratom online since the beginning of 2010 and have a really good relationship with some of the best kratom farmers. Therefore, we’re able to pass our lower costs on to our customers. Not to mention that all of our kratom powder is milled fresh in-house daily!

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yep, we sure do! Just return the portion of kratom that you’re not satisfied with and we will be happy to exchange it for something else or give you a refund for the amount you have returned. Please note that we do require a trackable form of return shipping to ensure that your return package gets delivered to us. Please contact us first for an RA# and more information before you return your product.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes! When you sign up for our FREE loyalty program, we’ll give you 1 point for every $1 spent plus bonus points for signing up for our weekly marketing emails, referring a friend, and placing multiple or high-value orders. In addition to the free and discounted products you can purchase with points, we’ll also throw in some bonus kratom when you purchase any of our bulk-size packets.

I’ve heard that adulterated kratom is dangerous. How can I know that your kratom is pure?

At Kratom Country, we take your safety very seriously and have all of our kratom lab-tested before it ships. As part of a 5-step process, your kratom batch is tested for the following:

Step 1: Confirm the identity of the sample

Step 2: Test for adulterants

Step 3: Test for heavy metals

Step 4: Test for pesticides

Step 5: Test for biological safety

When you receive your kratom, you will see the batch ID number on the back. If you’d like a copy of the Certificate of Analysis, please phone us with your batch ID number on hand.
